Pros
The best thing about this EMR software is that it is user-friendly and easy to use. So whenever we hire a new employee or introduce this product to some non-tech-savvy person, they are able to understand it quickly. Also, the customer support is great. The team is knowledgeable and is always ready to assist you.
Cons
The only issue that I have noticed so far is that occasional glitches happen at times with the mobile app, which cause trouble during home visits
