Pros
Being able to scan documents, send memos to coworkers when I need help, access Pathnet labs and booking all in one place has been really useful.
Cons
One frustrating part is adjusting a payment after a patient has already been billed and given a receipt then changes their mind and wants a different product. With this software I have to go in adjust it process a refund and then enter a new amount which is not very easy. I also do not like that the payment history shows I changed something five times. On top of that scanning does not always come through properly. Sometimes documents end up sideways and I have to scan them all over again.

Pros
Getting started with it is very simple the customer support line is always available whenever help is needed.
Cons
Every now and then a glitch can make the system crash although I understand that kind of issue can happen with any software.
