This program is a bit slow when details are being added.

A major reason to make a shift on this software is their cost. It was very budget-friendly, given all the services and their customer service is exceptionally responsive. They value you as a customer and resolve any issue.
Cons
No problem so far because they are always working on their product.

Pros
We only use this product for our office and its the best out there. it lets you customize according to your clinical needs and lets you limit access to each user. You can use the patient portal outside the clinic too which helps you schedule appointments in different locations.
Cons
It has so much to offer. No problems at all.

Very intuitive software which makes it very easy to handle. Sales record and accounts can be monitored quite efficiently. Keeping clients history records has never been easier. Love the smooth navigation.
Cons
Amount per visit feature should be available in print--out option. Other than that, i didnt have any problem so far.
