Pros
I have used Primedental for over 5 years. It is absolutely simple to learn. New staff quickly learn it because its functions are so intuitively obvious. I find charting to be simple.
Cons
The negatives for me are my preference for the patient's financial balance to be visible in the appointment module and the fact that digital X-ray images and digital images do not save directly into the patient's records. Overall, I still highly recommend this dental management software.
