powerful features

Pros

With brief training I was able to build out all of our forms and notes in less than a week and my practice of 30+ people went live in one month. The dashboard and reporting tools are extremely valuable for keeping the practice focused on the right priorities. The development team is responsive and genuinely pleasant to work withand the system overall has been a pleasure to use. They actually show you how to create the tools your practice needs. We came from a terrible EHR rollout and within two months we had completely reversed our revenue problems thanks to the platform's strong billing and payment workflows. On top of that the pricing is excellent for everything that's included. US-based support is a huge advantage. They're quick to consider enhancements when they can and when something isn't possible they give thoughtful explanations and suggest other ways to achieve the goal. This platform clearly understands the business side of running a mental health practice and works hard to support it.

Cons

Because there is so much flexibility and many features built into the system there are bound to be occasional glitches. That said the team responds very quickly and fixes issues whenever possible.

reliable ehr with helpful onboarding

Pros

After the templates are in place this EHR is very simple to use. The onboarding process was excellent and the system has been dependable.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. I'm glad I chose this EHR and the team was very supportive during setup and quick to respond whenever I had questions.

friendly features

Pros

It has a solid set of features, presents information well and makes it simple to access what I need. The layout feels user friendly so working in the system is easy and comfortable.

Cons

The fonts and color choices could be improved and searching for claims or other information should be more customized. It also needs to be a bit more accurate overall.

Revenue clarity

Pros

Being able to message the entire office staff about patient related matters through the portal has been one of the most useful features for me. Another advantage is how simple it is to keep an eye on monthly revenue.

Cons

Compared with other mental health software I've used this feels like it's in a league of its own so I can't point to any real downsides.

Pros

Moving from one page to another feels very easy and working aorund the platform is simple.

Cons

Receiving a notification whenever a claim gets denied is something I'd like (the software currently does not have that).

Pros

Everything feels user friendly, the workflow is smooth and the customer support has been excellent whenever I've needed help.

Cons

My only downside is that e-prescribing runs through Dr First (Rcopia) rather than being built directly into this software.

Fast ticketing and dashboards

Pros

It runs really fast and the ticketing system is essential for staying on top of tasks. The dashboards and different views have become something we rely on every day.

Cons

Slightly difficult to get the views and pagelets set up but once you understand how it works it becomes really useful and you end up loving it.

Pros

Being able to mark when I'm available and which services I'm available for works really well. Writing notes and handling billing is easy and it's really convenient having notes, documentation, billing, messaging and the telehealth camera all built into one system.

Cons

Getting to the messaging section could be more simple.

Pros

Starting off with this software felt very natural which is what I appreciate most about it. I'm not especially technical yet I never needed any training to figure out how to use the system. It also gets regular updates and I really value that user suggestions for improvements are genuinely taken into account. On top of that the instant messaging feature for communicating with colleagues has been incredibly useful when something urgent comes up.

Cons

Any issue that has come up before has been handled quickly and effectively every time so I don't have any drawbacks to point out.

easy workflow

Pros

Getting around the software feels very easy and I can usually figure out new parts of the platform without needing help.

Cons

Something I'd really like is to see the insurance type directly on the calendar so I wouldn't need to open each patient's chart to find it. It would also be helpful if providers could save templates in it for personalized appointment reminders and messages.
