“great platform overall

Pros

I'm really impressed with the record-keeping system. The way it organizes and handles patient information is fantastic...... it�s so easy to pull up medical files when I need them. It�s turned what used to be a frustrating search into something simple and quick which makes a real difference in my day.

Cons

Although I feel the visual design is somewhat old-fashioned and could benefit from a designer's overhaul to modernize its look, that cosmetic shortcoming doesn't affect how I use the program or diminish its effectiveness in meeting my needs.
