“Better than the previous system we have used”
Pros
QuickMAR is really good compared to the previous system we have used. Also, the interface is intuitive which allows us to train new staff or non tech savvy people pretty easily. Furthermore, I like the automated medication administration records which have reduced errors and improved patient safety. Also the ability to integrate with other systems has also streamlined our workflow saving us valuable time.
Cons
While QuickMAR has been a great addition to our practice, the initial setup was time-consuming, frustrating and complex. In simple words, it takes more time than our expectations. Moreover, the customer support is not as quick as we prefer mainly during peak hours.
