I believe that ReadySet Software could benefit from more customization and advanced features to serve to a broader range of practices. Also integrating with third-party applications may sometimes be challenging and require additional troubleshooting. Furthermore the increasing cost of updates and support can be problematic for small practices.

What I really like about it is that it is simple to use, easy to access and efficient.

Limited calendar customization for colors and notes is a bit unfortunate.
