I cannot think of anything else I dislike about Innate. The software has exceeded my expectations.

Additionally, the ability to send patient statements via text or email and enable online payments has been well-received. The payment dashboard and insurance check entry features have eliminated errors. The transition from Seless to Innate was seless and saved us time in entering patient information.

Cons

One minor issue was jumping on tablet purchases too soon and buying more than necessary. We later discovered more cost-effective alternatives. Additionally, we may need to hardwire our tablets, which contradicts the purpose of having tablets.

Innate facilitated us in a transition for transferring our existing patients into the system. The softwares constant updates with new features are highly appreciated. The dark background option is easy on the eyes, and the software is generally user-friendly. The availability of various reports allows us to generate specific information as needed.

Some of the videos provided may be outdated due to frequent software updates. Additionally, it would be beneficial if support services were available earlier in the morning to address any issues that may arise before seeing patients.
