lost patient records risk

Pros

In theory it's supposed to be a user friendly system at an affordable price with interoperability for EPS and insurance policies.

Cons

Several of my patients medical records have already been lost and hundreds more are at risk of disappearing as well. Unfortunately no one has given me any response.

Powerful for clinics

Pros

Running a practice with this software feels very practical because it's powerful and user friendly for doctors. It makes attending patients much simpler and the system is very easy to use. New features are added every 3-4 months and the updates have been excellent. Another big plus is how much you can personalize across the platform. Overall it's an amazing tool.

Cons

The visual design feels a bit too boxy and squared although it still works well from a functional standpoint.

telemedicine and connected records

Pros

Using it has been very easy and the scheduling tool is simple. It keeps communication with patients in one place which has improved the way I manage my private practice a lot. Another advantage is being able to work with other professionals and share interconnected clinical records when care is provided as a group. Adding telemedicine to the app has also been a huge strength for patients who are high risk or who have moved to other cities.

Cons

A small inconvenience is the video call window. Since it opens on the same page as the clinical record it can sometimes get in the way a bit when I am entering information. Still compared with all the major benefits the platform offers this feels like a minor issue.

It has been adapting well to the different variations and formats used in managing clinical records which has made the work faster and more efficient.

Cons

Would be helpful to improve mobility limitations and add better real time assistance.

Pros

A software solution that feels very personalized because their large engineering team really works hard to adapt it as much as possible to each clients needs.

Cons

They only have one linked payment platform and it honestly doesn't work very well. I'd really like to see them connect with other payment platforms to make things easier for our patients when paying.
