Pros
The software features a fresh and user-friendly interface that is simple to navigate. It helps automate otherwise lengthy procedures and the support staff is both prompt and well-informed.
Cons
The platform currently lacks some features like an efficient patient recall system or automated follow-up emails. That said, the development team is very open to receiving and acting on user suggestions.

“easy rescheduling and excellent support
Pros
I am particularly fond of the software's simplicity. Rescheduling appointments is effortless and the email alert system is excellent. Above all, communication has been superb, the team is outstanding at addressing my inquiries, consistently providing responses within two hours.
Cons
There are likely many functionalities I do not utilize, though this is primarily because our practice operates almost entirely online.

Pros
For me, the system is simple, practical and highly customizable. The customer support is fantastic and ranks as the best I've ever used.
Cons
so far, the only downside ive come across is that the software does not automatically sync when data is modified in XeRo accounting software. synchronization only works in one direction and that is if payments recorded in the platform will update the XeRo account.

“Instant Letter generation
Pros
The ability to generate and send clinic letters immediately following a consultation is a great feature, eliminating the need for separate typing and proofreading.
Cons
It would be beneficial if patients could view their own results through a dedicated client portal, as this feature is not currently available.

Pros
In my opinion, the most valuable aspects are the appointment scheduling, website integration and the reporting tools.
Cons
I think the consultation template could be enhanced to include more time-saving prompts for physicians, such as recall options. Additionally, the analytics module should allow users to navigate through different date ranges more easily.

Pros
What I find really useful are features like processing card payments directly and being able to attach documents right to emails. There are plenty of other cool tools too that make my day-to-day work much smoother.
Cons
A couple of challenges pop up now and then. Email deliverability can be spotty, so important messages might get missed. Separately, we sometimes see invoices that duplicate payments from external billing services, which we then have to manually correct.

Pros
I instantly recognized how the product would align with our clinic's specific needs and existing workflows. The implementation process was exceptionally smooth and every team member I've connected with has been a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Some dropdown menus contain fixed options that are not editable which feels restrictive. But onboarding team was very proactive in relocating this feedback to the technical team for review. The software would also benefit from being more adaptable to different clinical specialities, as not all features are relevant to every practice.

Having all features consolidated into one simple menu such as patient details and video calling, is a major advantage. It is also easy to modify and tailor the software to our clinic's unique requirements.
Cons
Integrating voice-to-text technology for drafting clinic letters would be a significant efficiency improvement.
