We have had absolutely no issues using this to manage our practice every day. Each feature is well-planned and the customer support team knows how to keep us happy.

The staff is very helpfu and friendly. I can manage my solo practice with ease. It helps me sort billing and insurance claims out.

I suppose it would not be very useful for larger practices.

It has all the features an EHR software should have and looks great on the outside.

Once you start using it you have to click on everything several times just to get it to open. There is no customization at all and the existing templates are terrible.

There are so many issues that customer care has not been able to resolve. I was told it would be compatible with the iPad but it does not work on our tablets at all.

There is nothing positive I have to say about this EHR software.

The program takes a long time to load and once it opens it can crash at any moment. The user interface is horrible and not easy to use at all. It takes multiple clicks and constant back and forth to complete a simple task. The sequel has made my life worse.

Its cheaper than the rest of the EHR software but other than that, NOTHING.

It lacks many features, I dont like it. Its pathetic. I would never ever recommend it to anybody.

It comes with multiple errors and servers crash constantly which is why even the easiest task becomes super difficult and time-consuming.
