Pros
The billing templates have been a big plus. I can set up my own templates and complete the CMS 1500 forms very quickly and the customer service has been excellent whenever I have needed help.
Cons
One thing that still needs improvement is the insurance eligibility check since it doesn't provide detailed copay information. I still have to call each insurance payer to confirm copay or coinsurance details.
