Fast, practical and keeps everything well organized especially when working with spreadsheets.

Cons

Not being able to create medical prescriptions without having a prior appointment recorded is a limitation. It also lacks a button to copy a previous anamnesis and paste it into a new appointment.

One thing that really works well here is the business side of the platform. Most medical software focuses only on the clinical aspect but this software also gives us visibility into the business side. By bringing healthcare and business together it helps us make better strategic decisions.

The customization options could be better and the process for requesting new features needs improvement.

It would be even better if there were a pre-consultation questionnaire that could automatically be sent straight to the patient record.

Really easy to use, user friendly and simple with clear feedback on the activities performed. It has exactly what I look for in a medical records and consultation system.

An improvement that would help with charting is not having to click between record tabs to keep writing. For example when I finish the chief complaint and move on to the history of the present illness it would be much more practical if the system switched tabs automatically. The same applies to standard prescriptions: it would be better if they moved directly from the conduct tab to the Memed prescription screen without needing to open another tab manually. As for Memed it would also help if all patient information were pulled in automatically from the chart instead of having to re enter details like name and CPF.

Being web based is a real plus and it covers the core features needed to run a medical practice. It was also a step up from the system we were using before so overall it felt like an upgrade.

Cons

Setup guidance could be much better for the more complex financial, invoicing and cash flow features. That part is not very simple for most usersand there's also no option to generate a forward looking revenue, cost or cash flow projection report.

Getting used to this software is very quick because it's easy and simple to understand. It's very practical for scheduling patients, managing electronic medical records, issuing receipts and keeping clients engaged through SMS. The support team is always available and responds quickly whenever needed.

A limitation is that I can't issue a prescription from my phone because the button to generate it sits off screen so I have to use a computer instead.

Since we started using this software the clinic's routine has become much more practical and organized. Billing, scheduling and patient care all work together in one integrated systemand the medical record module is fully customizable for each doctor. The service schedule was actually something we requested and it ended up being a huge help for us because besides consultations we also perform exams (SADT). The online scheduling feature is excellent and connects perfectly with the local calendar.

Cons

One downside is that because it's a cloud-based system if our internet goes down for any reason related to the provider we lose access to the platform. We worked around that by hiring two internet providers for the clinic but that does increase our operating cost a bit.

It offers mobile scheduling support which is really helpful and it also includes customer loyalty features that add a lot of value. Works well overall.

I've noticed that some system errors happen while editing and issuing prescriptions which is a drawback. There are also times when the support team doesn't fully understand what is being requested making solving the issue harder. Even so they are always willing to take a new request and keep trying.

Generating SADT guides and creating XML files works really well and helps a lot in daily use.

Some features are a bit hard to access and the price charged to add other professionals is quite high.

Using it has been very easy. It's user friendly, simple to figure out and the support team is always polite and helpful. I also really like being able to manage the schedule through the app and the electronic signature option for both medical records and prescriptions is very useful. The integrations with other platforms such as Memed and Comigo Saude plus the telemedicine feature make the system even more complete.

Webservice feature is still a bit confusing and I wasn't able to get it working with some insurance providers.

Very easy to use and the open communication with both the support team and upper management makes a real difference. The constant changes and updates keep making the platform more useful and versatile for daily work. Another very important advantage especially compared with similar tools is how simple it is to extract data and evaluate performance.
