The flexibility of the application in managing both outpatient and inpatient workflows has been commendable. The implementation team configured the application quickly, which was crucial for our greenfield project with stakeholders from different entities. Their expertise in handling such projects ensured a smooth go-live phase with full-time support for all users.
Cons
Initially, there was a missed integration with the ERP application, but later, the provider developed their own application in response to management requests, simplifying HR, payroll, and finance management.

The ease of use for both new joiners and existing doctors who were accustomed to a different software previously has been impressive. Our recent migration to Simplex HIMES in one of our busy clinics was smooth, with minimal complaints compared to past experiences with other systems.
Cons
Certain master settings appear to be complicated to configure.
