Inclusive and efficient operations!
Pros

It has helped our business grow with the all inclusive attributes like scheduling, telephony (clock ins/outs), billing and payroll. I love that they are constantly looking at implementing new and more efficient ways of doing business.

Cons

Although the payroll is most efficient, there are some attributes that can be time consuming.

Great improvements!
Pros

I like it being a cloud based EMR system. This allows us to work from anywhere and look at the schedule at any time of the day. it is sufficient for what we use it for.

Cons

I wish the reports were easier to set up.

Appreciable for practice management!
Pros

Since it is a cloud based software, the communication between different users is very smooth. It is very responsive to the needs of the practice. Notes and reporting modules is so far the best feature in this software.

Cons

Versatility in tools can be increased as chart analytics were missing. Overall great software for managing practice.
