“Effortless”
Pros
It's user-friendly for all staff, whether new or experienced. Troubleshooting is minimal, and navigation is straightforward. The support team is exceptional, always courteous and professional.
Cons
Using the cliosoft cray system with an intraoral camera has been a bit tricky. It doesn't always work, but it's not overly complicated.

Pros
Once installed, it's easy to use and manage. The quality is excellent, and organizing and labeling are straightforward. My team is pleased with this investment.
Cons
The initial setup took some time and several calls to customer service. It initially didn't integrate well, but eventually, our computer specialist managed to configure it independently after our calls to customer service didn't resolve the issue. We're lucky to have such a capable tech.

Pros
Teaching someone to use this product is simple. The images are clear and allow for detailed diagnostics.
Cons
The only issue is its lack of integration with Dentrix. It would be great if there was a way to transfer images into any program seamlessly.

“I havent have any problem with it since I bought a few years back”
Pros
The images are consistently good, and the software is easy to use. It's compatible with my existing software, and installation was straightforward. Tech support was fast when we initially used it, and we haven't encountered any issues since purchasing.
Cons
Images can become blurry with barriers in place, and the interface could be more compact for ease of use. Visibility is also affected when the camera lens fogs up or gets wet.
