“Unmatched billing software

Pros

Our hospital has been using this software for quite a while and there has never been an issue with the billing. It is so easy to streamline the financial and administrative processes that we have not felt the need to use any paperwork ever since we made the switch.

Cons

They do not offer 24/7 customer service, so it can sometimes be frustrating to wait for a representative to respond.

StreamlineMD has only improved and evolved since the past 7 years that I have been using this. It is so efficient, fast, and has taken over the jobs of so many people. Its seriously the best.

Cons

According to me, the only area they need to work on is customer support. Although it has improved over time it still needs to be quick.

It has amazing scheduling tools. Other features are very useful for me. Also, It has a clean and attractive design.

At first, the software seems quite tricky, but as time passes, I begin to understand it better.
