“Left behind by better software and service
Pros
Regrettably, I couldn't find any positive aspects during my experience with this software. My dissatisfaction began within the first 60 days, and to make matters worse, the sales representatives provided conflicting information, leaving me with doubts.
Cons
Onboarding properties was a lengthy and complicated process for me, and what seemed to be included often came with extra costs or was missing essential features.

Pros
Our journey with Streamline has been exceptionally positive. We never expected to be so satisfied with a Property Management Software PMS. It has significantly reduced our reliance on external vendors. While we encountered some challenges along the way, the Streamline team was always there to help us navigate them.
Cons
Streamline offers a comprehensive solution with flexibility, but some of its applications have limitations. However, recent improvements have enabled us to effectively utilize both HappyStay and OwnerX.

Choosing and integrating Property Management Software (PMS) is a memorable process, and it is not simple. While I value all the features Streamline provides, what really makes a difference is the outstanding support from their team. A great software choice is not just about the features or price; it's about forming strong, helpful relationships with people who truly want to see your business succeed.
Cons
Although Streamline is impressive, there is room for improvement in the area of owner accounting documents.

Remarkably, there aren't any significant downsides. The occasional issues we encounter are usually temporary and offset by the benefits of future upgrades.

Pros
What impresses me most about Streamline are the top two featuresStreamshare andSpecial Blocking. These features unlock growth opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed. Streamshare allows you to establish your OTA presence in new cities before entering them, while Special Blocking lets you combine properties effectively.
Cons
If I could suggest an improvement, it would be a full two-way integration with Breezeway. While Breezeway works well, there's currently a disconnect between cleanings and work orders in the setup.

I initially liked the concept of this software based on its online representation and sales pitch. However, the actual functionality did not align with what was promised. If it delivered on its pitched capabilities, it could have been invaluable. Unfortunately, I cannot think of any pros, and I wish I had come across more reviews like this before embarking on this journey.
Cons
The experience with this software has been far from smooth. After nearly a yearlong struggle to complete their threemonth training program, we expected a seamless transition togoing live. However, weve faced a constant stream of issues, many of which were not covered during training. The support responses often involved sharing links to paragraphs we had already read. This has left us questioning the softwares ability to deliver on its claimed features, such as generating quotes.

Pros
Their biggest highlight is their customer support; they are reliable, quick to respond and gets the issue resolved within hours. Whenever I have a hard time understanding a specific feature they always get back to me as soon as possible. A 10/10 Team.
Cons
I don't like how the software isn't very flexible. The layout feels pretty average, and the format is quite simple. I also find the system challenging for beginners and not very user-friendly.

The patient portal does not load. We have to send everyone their lab reports ourselves. It does not update information unless you click refresh.
