Regrettably, I couldnt find any positive aspects during my experience with this software. My dissatisfaction began within the first 60 days, and to make matters worse, the sales representatives provided conflicting information, leaving me with doubts.
Cons
Onboarding properties was a cumbersome process, and what appeared to be included often turned out to have additional costs or lacked fundamental functionality.

It has significantly reduced our reliance on external vendors. While we encountered some challenges along the way, the Streamline team was always there to help us navigate them.
Cons
Streamline offers a comprehensive solution with flexibility, but some of its applications have limitations. However, recent improvements have enabled us to effectively utilize both HappyStay and OwnerX.

While I appreciate all the functionality Streamline offers, what truly stands out is the exceptional support from their team. A successful software choice isnt solely about features and affordability its about building supportive relationships with people genuinely interested in helping your business thrive.

What impresses me most about Streamline are the top two featuresStreamshare andSpecial Blocking. These features unlock growth opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed. Streamshare allows you to establish your OTA presence in new cities before entering them, while Special Blocking lets you combine properties effectively.
Cons
If I were to wish for an improvement, it would be a twoway full integration with Breezeway. While Breezeway works well, theres a disconnect between cleanings and work orders in the current setup.

If it delivered on its pitched capabilities, it could have been invaluable. Unfortunately, I cannot think of any pros, and I wish I had come across more reviews like this before embarking on this journey.

The experience with this software has been far from smooth. After nearly a yearlong struggle to complete their threemonth training program, we expected a seamless transition togoing live. However, weve faced a constant stream of issues, many of which were not covered during training. The support responses often involved sharing links to paragraphs we had already read. Their biggest highlight is their customer support; they are reliable, quick to respond and gets the issue resolved within hours. Whenever I have a hard time understanding a specific feature they always get back to me as soon as possible. A 10/10 Team.

I dont like how the software is not intuitive enough; the layout is pretty average and the format is really simple. I also dont appreciate how the system is not very user friendly for beginners.

Our hospital has been using this software for quite a while and there has never been an issue with the billing. It is so easy to streamline the financial and administrative processes that we have not felt the need to use any paperwork ever since we made the switch.
Cons
They do not offer round-the-clock customer service so sometimes it can be frustrating to wait for the representative to get back to you.
