Pros
The simplicity and ease of use are great, and I admire the ongoing improvements by the founders.
Cons
I'm experiencing some simple growing pains that Tab 32 seems to be addressing.

“BEST DECISION I MADE FOR MY PRACTICE
Pros
The support team is incredibly helpful, well-trained, and approachable. I've even messaged them on weekends, and they responded promptly, it's a 5-star team.
Cons
Having previously worked with Dentrix and Eaglesoft, I can see some features that still need to be implemented in Tab 32. However, I'm optimistic about their potential and believe Tab 32 has a bright future.

“Cloud Based Practice Management System
Pros
The software's intuitive design makes tasks like progress notes, forms, medical history, and x-rays easily accessible. Being able to access patient charts and x-rays remotely, whether at home or traveling, is fantastic. I also love the integrated hellopatient system within the EHR itself.
Cons
Occasionally, the software limits us from uploading multiple files in EHR, citing security reasons. While they've raised the limit upon request, it's a bit of a hassle. I'm also hoping they'll introduce a Mac-based x-ray system soon.

“Everything you need in one place
Pros
The software includes many essential features and is highly customizable, which makes me feel empowered to tailor processes uniquely to my company's needs. I particularly appreciate the ability to link customized forms directly without requiring patients to create accounts, this streamlines bookings while capturing all necessary data.
Cons
There are quite a lot of icons, which requires some upfront training to get used to.

The layout is simple, and navigating between pages is easy. Hello Patient works exceptionally well, and our patients love it.
Cons
Some of the reports are a bit difficult to understand.
