EHR that goes above and beyond.

Pros

Therapia has built-in therapeutic modules that I can assign to patients as "homework." It helps patients feel more connected to my practice and pay closer attention to their symptoms. This feature is unique and very useful. As a new user, I received almost unlimited support from the software team, including the founder. They are invested in my success, providing practical advice relevant to my practice.

Cons

Therapia is almost too good in some respects; it offers a lot of features and detailed functions to record and track my practice, maybe more than I need. I would prefer a simpler approach in some areas related to practical tasks like scheduling, but I also appreciate that there are users who would love the many choices and sophisticated design it offers. The team is also very receptive to feedback and can adjust this software to your needs.

Therapia Software- A necessity for all practices

Pros

This software is great for clinicians; it offers everything a provider would want. It can eliminate a lot of overhead for small practices. It appears to have been designed by a clinician, making it user-friendly compared to other EHR systems. Clients also find it easy to navigate. A unique feature is the ability to send group therapy sessions to clients.

Cons

Its a new software .. There are not any cons.

Great Work Flow with a Lot of Features

Pros

It's nice to see software designed for us. The thoughtful design makes it easy to follow, with a modern look and lots of options for my clinic. I can schedule, order meds, write notes, and submit bills all in one section. Other users can work on bills separately without affecting my workflow. I can create custom forms and send them to clients for signing. There is also a community share section for forms if I'm too busy to make my own. The therapy modules are a feature clients will appreciate. Reporting shows how much each clinician is making, even if they bill under another clinician. The price is low.

Cons

I have not found something I didn't like yet. Although I can seehow the form builder will take some time to get good at with all thefeatures they have included.

The Hardy Clinic Review

Pros

The pre-made forms are impactful, allowing customization of assessments, intake, and other necessary forms. The software connects across disciplines, enabling communication and information sharing with whoever you need.

Cons

The set up process for the ACH and billing department was a little complex, if you are need to setting those things up, however, customer support team and his software managers are always available and super helpful with any questions and/or concerns.
