Pros
The use of a Pediatricspecific EHR is essential for our practice. TriMed has significantly improved our nursing workflow. Giving immunizations and medications is now much easier and multiple team members can access a chart simultaneously. The family charting feature is particularly beneficial for Pediatrics.
Cons
We had to put in effort to integrate our personalized immunization schedule into the system. However it was a crucial initial step that had to be taken. We collaborated with TriMed to ensure that our specific practice schedule was successfully added to their system.
