“fast and efficient!

Pros

I liked how simple and fast everything feels in day-to-day use. It has been an incredibly complete tool for dental clinics and it covers the routine needs of the practice really well without making the work complicated.

Cons

Honestly I have nothing to complain about. In my experience it stands out as the best software on the market and I really do not have any negative point to highlight.

“Powerful remote salon management

Pros

On the management side what I like most is that I can keep track of different parameters and stay on top of my business even when I'm away from the salon which makes remote oversight really convenient for me.

Cons

From time to time I run into server issues and when that happens, appointment reminders don't always go out to clients. What's frustrating is that the system doesn't notify me about these failures so some clients end up missing their scheduled visits without me knowing in advance.

Pros

The practicality and speed in day-to-day use is what I like most about it. I find it very simple to work with and that has made my routine much more efficient.

Cons

Nothing negative to point out. We have been very satisfied with the program so far.

“Simple cross-branch access

Pros

Being able to use it so simply across both branches is what I value most especially when I need to access the clinical file without wasting time. In my day-to-day work, I can move between the two locations and still find the information I need without any hassle which has made the whole process feel much more organized for me.

Cons

One part that still feels a bit unclear to me is the way messages are sent when dealing with the two branches. At times I find the messaging flow somewhat confusing and I think that area could be made easier so I can communicate more confidently between both locations.

Pros

I like the flexibility to access the platform online from practically any device I use, whether it's my phone, tablet or something else. That flexibility has been very valuable for me because it lets me stay connected and use the system wherever I am without being tied to one specific piece of equipment.

Cons

An issue I personally ran into was some difficulty when trying to configure the billing information. For me that part was not as simple as I expected and it took a bit more effort to get everything set up correctly.

Pros

The simple design is what stood out to me most about Tugsis. I was able to get started without any hassle and the implementation process felt very simple on my side. On top of that it has been a budget-friendly solution for me which makes it even more valuable.

Cons

So far I honestly do not have anything negative to point out. Everything has been working well for me up to now and I have not run into any issues worth mentioning.

“Effortless workflow and smart consents

Pros

Right away what stood out was how simple the platform feels. I found the interface very user-friendly so getting around the system and using its main features felt natural from the start. What I personally loved most was the odontogram registration and the way the whole clinical process can be managed in one place. I also really appreciated being able to send anamnesis by SMS and the digitally signed consent feature made the entire workflow feel even more complete and practical.
