Pros
The software helps us to communicate and engage with our patients properly. Also, the platforms different features, which include automated appointment reminders, personalized communication, and an easy-to-use patient portal, improve the patient experience. Furthermore, the seamless integration with my existing practice management system ensures that all my patient data is up-to-date and easily accessible, which helps in better coordination.
Cons
There is room for improvement in a few areas. Also, I believe the price is too high, so the makers should focus on this side too.
