“very very slow loading
Pros
The layout looks nice and modern, with features that seem easy to learn and user. Overall the entire system is pretty easy to figure out.
Cons
Well the loading time is a big issue. I spend most of my time just waiting for the software to catch up. As sometimes key features won't load at all making me restart the entire program. It is especially bad with the built-in workflows, where there is about a 50% chance that doing something will cause half the page to stop loading.

Pros
I have been using this system for more than 15 years. It is user friendly and gets the job done efficiently.
Cons
Our challenge has been getting it to interface smoothly with our unique EMR system. Though I imagine that's a common issue.

“Simple, basic and thorough product
Pros
This product is simple to use and very basic. Plus it is also thorough, offering solutions for just about any need that comes up.
Cons
A few bugs pop up that can be frustrating but they are problems with Centricity, not something Unlimited has control over.

Pros
Unlimited Systems software is really user-friendly and it does not take long to learn. The layout is also user friendly and easy to move around in.
Cons
There were times when users had trouble logging into the program.

“Very smart software
Pros
It is very smart software. It stops claims from being sent out if there are edits needed, MUE issues, incorrect diagnosis codes, LCD conflicts or other problems that would cause a denial. Plus it cuts out a lot of costly, manual and wasteful steps. The analytics are also really strong.
Cons
Getting everything integrated went pretty well and any issues we ran into were usually on the EMR side.

It automates our daily workflow which saves us a lot of time.
Cons
Some parts could use updating but to me it does not feel like there is much drive to improve things with it.
