well-structured app for appointments

Pros

Their team delivered a user friendly well-organized basic app for Babyland which centered on appointments for women and child doctors. The team stayed responsive to requirements and made sure the core features were set up properly and worked as expected.

Cons

The basic version is a bit limited in terms of features and could benefit from extras like reminders. There's also room to improve the navigation and refine the overall design.

Pros

Has been really helpful and I'm very satisfied with the software overall. The appointment booking feature worked really well and felt user friendly.

Pros

After getting started with the software everything tends to work without issues. Anytime I've submitted a problem the response from support has been excellent and I've learned a lot from their help along the way.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. It has been excellent overall and I've enjoyed every part of using it.

Compared with other packages I've used this one simply offers more. The level of customization is impressive and the relationship between the vendor and the client has been excellent as well.

Cons

At this point things has been going well. I'm also really happy with the customer service.

Pros

I really appreciate how it handles every area of our company in one place. It includes financials, point-of-sale, medical charts, demographic details and inventory data. With this software mistakes and duplicate entry are reduced because a single system can push information across multiple modules.

Cons

No drawbacks for now and they just need to keep up the good work.

Pros

Right from the start the support team and customer service have been excellent. They're very responsive and have helped modify the system to fit our company's specific requirements. The Client Care Community has also been a really valuable service.

Cons

A downside is that reports can sometimes take a while to run in the cloud.

One of the best parts has been the support and customer service. The team is extremely responsive, helps customize the program around our company's needs and has been consistently helpful throughout. The Client Care Community is also a really valuable resource.
