Also, the software's user interface is very well-designed, which makes navigation a hassle-free task even for those employees who are less tech-savvy. Its customizable templates have proven to be very useful to us for managing patient records to our specific needs. Moreover, the integration with other healthcare systems has been smooth as it allows us to synchronize data seamlessly across platforms.
Cons
The software glitches occasionally, affecting system performance mainly during peak usage hours. And when I contact the customer support team, they rarely provide assistance on time.
