We really appreciate the ease of use that this software offers. Also there are a number of features very specific to co-current disorders such as psychiatric and substance use disorder evaluation and medications management which help us a lot.

Support is good but not readily available for urgent issues which is our major complaint.

ZooBook software has a lot of great features, and it is quite easy to use. I love how adaptable it is as it fits perfectly with the needs of our practice.

Because there are so many complex functions, at times I find it difficult to use. Also, processing is sometimes slow.

There is definitely a learning curve, but honestly, we expected it as is the case with any complex EHR system.

ZooBook UI design is great, and it is very easy to use. And even though the interface is quite comprehensive but still pretty simple to use, which makes it more likable.

Well, it works great for the counseling side of things, but the medical module isn't as user-friendly. It takes way too many steps to retrieve and view patient medical data, which is pretty frustrating.

We really like the user-friendly interface. It makes learning how it works a hassle free process, and teaching it to non-tech staff is pretty simple too.

Cons

Does not auto save work at times or it erases work thats already completed. I'm not sure if thats human error or software error.
