We have found Zoobook EHR to be very easy to learn. Also, it has multiple useful functions. The support team is very efficient and helpful. As a mental health clinician, I would say Zoobook EHR has proven to be quite easy and helpful for our practice. There are many unique features to use and they are always looking to improve.

Cons

The NJSAMS extractor is a bit complicated to use as well as some other features too. But nothing too serious that I remember.

It is fairly easy to use and has multiple great features that streamline our workflow nicely.

The appointment scheduling function is not as intuitive and easy to use as I expect it to be.

ZooBook software is tailored according to our needs. It does what it says and is an all-in-one product. Everything from tracking employment paperwork to documenting clinical rounds, this software has all the features that we require and much more.

Occasionally, the system slows down a little bit over time, but that is not a big issue from my point of view.

We have had a great experience using ZooBook. The interface is very user-friendly. Also it has a variety of excellent features specific to our practice. I use it to schedule daily clients at a Substance abuse clinic. We have easy access to clients charts, doctor notes, drug test results, etc. It is well organized and has streamlined features that allow us to simply notify outside agencies about our clients as needed. Plus we can easily navigate through the pages and sections with a click of a button.

No cons. We highly recommend ZooBook EHR for mental health practice as it gets the job done with high regard.

My favorite part about ZooBook EHR software is that they are always working on improving themselves. The customer support is great, and I did not face any difficulty during training.

There are a few errors with the system and it does not occasionally save information. I would say they should fixed this error as soon as possible.

With ZooBook it is quite simple to duplicate patient appointments. And it is probably the only good thing I can think about this software.

ZooBook has very much hurt our work efficiency. It's so slow that it feels like it takes forever to get anything done. On top of that, it is outdated and repetitive, which just adds to the frustration. Honestly, the only reason we haven't switched to something better is that the older staff is already familiar with it.

The only issue that I have is with the speed, which is sometimes fairly slow while the software is being used.

ZooBook software is user-friendly and has a clean interface. Plus the developers have updated it with all the latest codes and it is designed specifically for a therapists office like mine.

Customer care does not call back immediately which annoys me when I need assistance ASAP.
