We have found Zoobook EHR to be very easy to learn; it has multiple functions to offer. The support team is very efficient and helpful. As a mental health clinician, Zoobook EHR has been easy and convenient for our practice. There are many unique features to use and they are always looking to improve.

The NJSAMS extractor is complicated to use as well as some other complex features.

This software is tailored according to our needs. Does what it says and is an all-in-one product. Everything from tracking employment paperwork to documenting clinical rounds, this software has all the features that we require and then some.
Cons
Occasionally the system tends to slow down a little bit from to time, but that is not a big issue from my point of view.

We have had a great experience using this solution. The interface is very user-friendly. ZooBook EHR has a variety of excellent features specific to our practice. I use it to schedule daily clients at a Substance abuse clinic. We have easy access to clients charts, doctor notes, drug test results, etc. It is well organized and has streamlined features that allow us to simply notify outside agencies about our clients as needed. We can easily navigate through the pages and sections with a click of a button.
Cons
No cons. We highly recommend ZooBook EHR for mental health practice as it gets the job done with high regard.

It is quite simple to duplicate patient appointments with this. Probably the only good thing I can think about this software.
Cons
It has greatly minimized work efficiency. It takes forever to complete tasks since the system is so slow. It is so outdated and repetitive. The only reason we still have not switched to a new and better software is that the old staff has become familiar with this now.

My favorite part about ZooBook is that they are always working on improving themselves. The customer support is great, and I did not face any difficulty during training.

It is quite simple to duplicate patient appointments with this. Probably the only good thing I can think about this software.
Cons
It has greatly minimized work efficiency. It takes forever to complete tasks since the system is so slow. It is so outdated and repetitive. The only reason we still have not switched to a new and better software is that the old staff has become familiar with this now.

A great pick for a mental health clinician. It has great usability and is also pretty easy to operate. The support team has been amazing in providing any additional help. Multiple features are there for us to utilize which increases work efficiency. They also upgrade their system timely.
Cons
