The thing I love most about Zuub is that it can verify multiple patients at one time.

Cons

What I like least about Zuub is that several major insurance companies can't be verified, and it doesn't sync quickly enough with our PMS.

“A great patient and provider experience!

Pros

We love that Zuub is not only incredibly intuitive for patients, but their customer service is truly outstanding in providing support to providers. They go above and beyond to ensure we get the most out of the software and add features when needed. Most importantly, we can send incredibly detailed invoices that we previously had trouble sending through our PMS. These have been a godsend for our billing department.

Cons

We don't have many complaints! The only issue is the sync time to our PMS, but the wait is not too bad.

“Zuub Treatment and Financing

Pros

Zuub has allowed us to streamline both sides of our patient experience. Its setup allows patients to be presented with a comprehensive treatment plan with explanations of services and lets us send detailed invoices.

Cons

Initially, the hardest part of using Zuub was changing how we input treatment into Eaglesoft for it to sync. After a while, everything went smoothly, and our patients felt more informed about their treatment.
