“Improves the business growth for sure!!

Pros

Switching to 10X ERP was a stress free process and really changed the game for our business, which is pretty rare when it comes to ERP changes. The whole process went surprisingly well. Plus we noticed big improvements in how fast and accurately we could process data. Our customers didn't even realize we switched ERPs. They just mentioned that our response times seemed quicker, which is awesome since it means our team could focus more on customer service. I definitely recommend 10X ERP for small to medium-sized businesses especially those in distribution that deal with a lot of transactions and need to manage a lot of inventory. It's efficient and super easy to use which makes it a great choice for businesses looking to boost their operations and provide top-notch customer service.

Cons

It would be great if I could customize specific screens at the user level. Also for now, it's missing some advanced reporting features. But I must say that 90% of what we need is already built-in. however at times I still have to pull some data manually, which can be a bit of a hassle. Lastly I think having bank feeds with auto-categorization would be a really nice addition.

“Great software that saves me a lot of time

Pros

10X automation has really simplified my daily tasks, saving me time and cutting down on mistakes. The invoicing is totally automated now so it includes all the freight and other charges without me having to lift a finger. Thanks to all the automated processes, I can access financial info in real-time from any device with a browser. Lastly 10X ERP is easy to learn and navigate.

Cons

I really wish 10X ERP had bank feeds built right into the accounting section. That would make managing everything so much easier.

“User-friendly and easy to use

Pros

The accessibility of the system is amazing. Moving from having very limited mobile access to now being fully mobile has been a total game changer. Plus it is way more organized and user-friendly than any other system I've used before.

Cons

I'd love to see more options for reporting customer attributes that we could select on the fly. Having more dashboards and different reporting options would definitely be a big plus too.
