It works well for accounting and looks like a powerful, professional tool. Having some basic accounting knowledge definitely helps you get the most out of it.

Some features aren't very easy to use and there are quite a few tools that I personally never end up using.

Pros

Being able to build analytical reports quickly is one of the things I value most here. As a marketer, I need to monitor how effective different communication activities are, whether that's online ad campaigns, trade shows, webinars and similar channels. In this tool, I can pull a lead report for any time period and any source in just a few clicks. It shows lead volume broken down by categories such as Marketing Quality Lead and Sales Quality Lead along with acquisition cost, cost per lead and other useful metrics. I can also drill down into each individual lead in the report and view the client's CJM including which website pages they visited and what requests they submitted. We also connected the system with Yandex Metrica and send lead qualification data there. That helps our ad campaigns optimize based on the data and improve conversions from the kind of clients we actually want.

Cons

Getting comfortable with the interface and the report settings took quite a while. There were simply too many options at first which felt overwhelming. After repeating the usual steps several times though I got used to it. At this point I don't really have any issues anymore.

Pros

Running my business in Spain has been much more manageable with this tool especially when it comes to accounting. The business reports are one of the best parts for me because they show everything I need to track including profit and loss. I also liked that the initial setup was very easy.

Cons

Using it from a mobile device is not very comfortable.

One thing that really stands out in it is how effectively it brings collaboration and document management together across the whole company. It gives teams one organized place to store files, monitor version history and handle workflows which makes day to day cooperation much clearer and more efficient. I also like the platform's flexibility as it adjusts well to different business processes and can be configured around actual operational needs instead of forcing everyone to work within a fixed structure.

There's very little to complain about although people using it for the first time may need a bit of time to understand how the system works. Once the platform's logic becomes familiar though it turns into a very dependable and practical tool for everyday tasks.

The best part of this tool is its low-code environment which makes building and customizing business apps like ERP or accounting systems very efficient. With its ready-made Configuration Objects and visual tools even users without a programming background can put together tailored solutions quickly. At the same time the platform is flexible enough to work well for both small companies and large enterprises. Another big advantage is its cross-platform support across desktop, mobile and web so it stays accessible without losing functionality.

Cons

One suggestion I'd make is improving the English documentation since it seems somewhat limited. Other than that, I cannot really think of any downsides.

Building full business applications is surprisingly fast and I don't have to get too deep into coding to make something fully functional. Even though it's a low-code platform, it still gives plenty of room to customize and scale based on what the project needs so it never seems restrictive. Getting started is easy too and after learning the basics, turning an idea into a working solution happens much quicker than expected. I have used it for both desktop and mobile apps and the cross-platform support works really well. It also includes a lot of built-in tools for accounting, inventory and automation which cuts down development time quite a bit. Overall it comes across as a very practical and efficient platform for building business software.

The thing I did notice is that there aren't many active public forums or user communities where people can share ideas or help each other troubleshoot. That may be because the official documentation is already very detailed so most users probably depend on that instead. In any case, it hasn't been a major issue for me.

I can build apps by configuring most settings upfront and only writing code when absolutely needed and it's very easy to use.

I find it almost impossible to get help from developers especially when I'm just starting out. The examples they give are really simple but when I actually need to do scripting or coding, things get a lot more complicated than what they show.

The installation process is quick, no system conflicts whatsoever. Getting started is pretty easy especially with proper training materials available. During my initial weeks using it through 1C Skills Camp, I noticed it runs efficiently without hogging system resources or slowing down my computer. The mobile version has been a pleasant surprise too and it includes all the essential features you'd expect from a business app and syncing between desktop and mobile is surprisingly smooth.

Getting to the technical documentation isn't very easy and I often find myself struggling to locate what I need. When I run into issues or have questions, the support resources like documentation and forums dont always provide clear solutions to help me work through problems.

The training videos could go deeper into the subject matter and they feel very surface level to me.
