Pros

Accnu ERP assists in optimizing operations within our hardware industry. It enables me to easily obtain reports related to purchases, sales, inventory, and finances. The software simplifies our warehouse and bin management, allowing me to access data regarding reorder quantities with great ease.

Cons

The Current Inventory feature provides a detailed overview of all stock in each Bin. However, when I select all items, I must scroll down to the bottom in order to view the Total Stock.

The ability to generate GST and tax reports is invaluable, as they comply with government regulations. The grouping of taxes by header and item is particularly useful. Creating and sending invoices to customers is easy, and recording sales quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, bills receivables, and payments is simple.

Pros

The day-wise and monthly reports are very useful. The software simplifies our lives by providing simple GST and tax filing reports, which can be accessed easily through the cloud version. Sending invoices via email is just one click away. The human support team is always available and extremely helpful whenever I have any questions.

Cons

I think there is a need for improvements in the help documentation, as well as the addition of training videos.

I value the support from the Emphorasoft team regarding purchases, sales, and inventory management. They are knowledgeable in their field and excel in government compliance, demonstrating a strong commitment to listening to customers and offering effective solutions.

Cons

The documentation is lacking, however, thanks to the excellent support I received, I did not have any issues. The Emphorasoft team is actively working on making their documentation better.

Pros

We utilize the premium version of Accnu. Our processes begin with opportunities, followed by quotes, sales orders, delivery, and invoicing. This entire workflow is truly remarkable. Plus, we handle production work for school products, and we have been able to manage the entire production process with minimal manual intervention.

Cons

I want them to add customized invoice and bill templates, it will be a huge relief.

Tracking job orders efficiently

Pros

The first thing that stands out is their exceptional support. Whether it is a query, issue, or gap, they address it promptly and provide a solution. The ability to create customizable reports is another huge advantage. They excel in accounts receivable and payable reports and aging reports, which have substantially improved our cash flow. They take care of all government compliance matters, allowing me to remain unconcerned about database backups and government regulations. It handles everything for me.
