“Scalable workflow automation suite”
Pros
The flexible design of processes, enabled by workflows and ETL mappings, allows us to implement new ideas and requirements quickly. It also offers good scalability thanks to prioritization options within workflows, maximum transparency across the entire process chain and Grafana integration for performance monitoring.
Cons
Loading times in the UI could be improved depending on the module. The overall operation also isn't always very simple and having more documentation and user guides would make things much easier.

“Transparent enterprise process solution”
Pros
Platform gives us a lot of flexibility, clear transparency and strong scalability across all processes and the entire system landscape. On top of that, the availability of all services is extremely high which has been a big advantage for us.
Cons
In some areas, the UI and overall system navigation are not completely simple and could be clearer.
