Pros
From my experience with AIM Vision, I find it a complete ERP solution built specifically for the auto industry, with great support for all the features you'd expect. Plus the reporting system is especially impressive and has been one of the parts I have appreciated the most.
Cons
I haven't really run into any major issues although the customer support does seem a bit slower compared with some other software options.
