Fast responsive support team

Pros

Communication with their team has been consistent and quick in my experience and I've found their customer support handles issues and concerns very effectively.

Cons

One issue I've noticed is a glitch with overdue payouts where it sometimes shows as paid even after failing several times.

simple user friendly system

Pros

Navigating the system is very easy for me and I find it user-friendly and easy to use. Even people who aren't very tech-savvy, including some of my clients, have been able to use it without much difficulty.

Cons

Login process could be made simpler and I'd also like to see better compatibility with QuickBooks Desktop.

Easy setup supported platform

Pros

Getting this solution up and running was easy for me and I've had a great experience with vendor support throughout. I also find both the admin and end-user portals very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints or dislikes about this solution.

I don't have anything to add for this point.

Cons

After using it for a few months, our account was suddenly closed permanently without any clear explanation. It has been nearly two weeks of trying to reach someone about recovering the money from customers who paid through the platform and nobody has responded. We emailed the compliance team, the sales team and our account manager and also tried calling, using live chat, messaging on Facebook and even contacting several managers on LinkedIn. Despite all of that, we have received absolutely no reply.

improved checkout payment system

Pros

Before adding this, I found our checkout system was causing issues with declined payments and lost sales but after switching, I've seen a clear improvement since we now only pay when a transaction happens, with no recurring monthly charges. I've been really satisfied with the results.

Strong billing reporting

Pros

Recurring billing, detailed reporting and the overall feature set have been excellent in my experience and I've found support to be very responsive whenever needed.

Cons

When we first started using it, there wasn't a WooCommerce plugin available. They released one a couple of weeks ago though so at this point there's basically nothing to complain about.

transparent integration

Pros

The set up was easy for me and I found the integration worked well. I've also had a great experience with the support team and I appreciate that the fees are clear and transparent.
