Ideal for daily operations

Pros

This cloud-based software makes it very convenient to check things on the go and to work from home. It seems to be designed with the modern work-from-home trend in mind, which I like. It truly covers everything I need to manage my company, so I don't have to rely on any additional software. One of the best parts is how it handles ticket management, which we use daily.

Cons

It would be really useful for international businesses if the interface offered options in more languages. That would make it more accessible for teams across different regions.

Save time with AntmyERP

Pros

With AntmyERP, I can create quotes in half the usual time by simply adding client details, and it keeps all data organized in one spot. It has helped me oversee my team more efficiently and instantly generate performance reports.

Cons

Some required details, like serial numbers, can get frustrating since not every product has one. The delivery process feels a bit complex, and invoicing isn't always simple either. Plus, there's no iOS app yet, and a sales app is still missing, if those were available, it would really make the software much more practical for everyday use.

Effective system tracking

Pros

I really like the asset inventory management feature, it helps a lot with my work.

Cons

I think this software could be much more beneficial if it provided better support for in-depth management of inventories across multiple locations.

Top-Notch ERP designed for mid-sized IT companies

Pros

We realized we did not have the ideal ERP for running our company efficiently, as we were using multiple separate systems for operations, sales, support, and HR. ANT ERP provided us with everything we needed in one place, along with room to grow as our business expands. Since using ANT ERP, we have cut costs, which has improved our profitability. On-time completion rates have risen by 33%, and our team's efficiency and accountability have improved noticeably.

Cons

It would be great to have integration with QuickBooks, and an iPhone app with the full functionality of the browser version would be really helpful.

Best for automation

Pros

My favourite feature is the service module, which lets our clients submit tickets directly through our cloud-based ERP system. When clients have complaints, they go straight to our engineers, which really helps save time. The finance module also keeps a well-organized list of spare parts, consumables, and defective items returned by engineers. Plus, billing is automatically created for all clients, making it easier and faster for our team to get their work done. The CRM helps our sales and service teams stay on top of their business pipeline and also lets them send out automated proposals.

Cons

Improving the service module could really speed up the process of creating new products, which would make things a lot easier for us.

Outstanding integrated ERP for small -medium sized companies

Pros

We use the CRM module to generate leads and maintain a complete database of our clients. The service management module helps us handle client queries, requests, and tasks. Internal task management keeps our team organized, and document management allows us to run a paperless office.

Cons

I think the software could be made easier to use. Some processes seem longer than necessary and could be simplified to fit the way user organizations work.

Software worth buying

Pros

AntMyERP fits all aspects of our business, including lead management, task management (both internal and external), HR, and finance. The team is happy as tasks are no longer repetitive, and productivity and revenue have both increased thanks to it.

Cons

Based on how we're using it, we have not run into too many issues.

Excellent solution for organizational integration

Pros

There are several features that really stand out to me. These include the ticketing system for call logs, the automated billing process, the mobile app that helps coordinate service calls, and the ability to track the attendance of field service engineers using the mobile app.

Cons

The inventory module could really use some improvements to make it stronger and more trustworthy.

The best ERP so far

Pros

It is easy to use, highly scalable, has a strong support team behind it and covers all the essential applications for our managed print services (MPS) industry. Many features are clearly designed with a long-term view in mind.

Cons

At first, it was challenging to adjust to the new workflows, but things did get easier over time.
