“Perfect inventory management
Pros
Using this inventory software has really boosted my work progress. Now, I can create my weekly report without any errors. All the tools keep me on track and improve both the quality and quantity of my brand.
Cons
It's very expensive and I needed to spend some time learning how to use it. Even though their staff is super helpful and cooperative, it still took me about a month and a half to get the hang of all the features.

Pros
If you need great tech support for your business, this ERP software is definitely the best I've come across. It's packed with updated features and has a smart design, making it easy to learn quickly. It also offers constant support and solutions. I love how you can get multiple types of support all in one place.
Cons
I find it user-friendly. It's easy to operate and the navigation is simple. What I like the most is that the rate with Apparel is really efficient and that really attracts me.

It's a really good system that takes care of all our basic needs.
Cons
The barcode scanning in Apparel Magic isn't all that strong. Xero syncing isn't great either and you can't sync information from Xero to Apparel Magic. The product setup has some limitations that affect B2B online services and order management could use some improvements too, like not being able to combine or merge orders.

Honestly, I'm not sure about everything but I've definitely been able to submit orders and invoices after months of learning the ins and outs of this software in Summer 2022.
Cons
It takes a lot of time to get comfortable with navigating between orders, invoices and client account info. For example, I can't create custom discounts for bulk-order clients based on the quantity they order. I have to manually calculate the price and input it for each color, style and size. TradeGecko was a lot more functional for order pricing and shipping info, in my opinion.

One thing I don't like about the desktop version is that it's hard to see how many units are ordered per style at a glance.

It's very interactive and easy to use since it's browser-based and I love how quickly I can check the knowledge base or open a support ticket if needed.
Cons
There are a few things I wish were available: the ability to open different tabs in the software (like editing a style while making a purchase order in another tab), being able to log into two computers at once (even from the same Wi-Fi), the option to add non-style items to purchase orders and the ability to add new colors to a style from the Purchase Orders tab, automatically applying the sizing curve like all the other colors in the style.

“Highly capable software with many features

There are so many features! From inventory forecasting and management to creating manufacturing projects, purchasing raw materials and handling sales and commissions, It has everything an apparel company needs. It makes managing everything so much easier. The Orders dashboard shows which orders are short on inventory and I can easily create manufacturing projects for them. Before using Apparel Magic, I always struggled with inventory management. Now, I get a weekly report sent to me showing my stock levels and the reports feature is super powerful and you can run reports on everything from inventory to outstanding orders with manufacturers. All these tools help me stay organized and on track with my brand.
Cons
It took me about a month to get everything down. The onboarding video sessions were really useful and this isn't a software you can just jump into without learning the features first. Their support staff is awesome and always responded quickly to any questions I had.

“Ultimate solution!
Pros
ApparelMagic is hands down the best apparel management software for overseeing product design, development and cost management. It keeps track of everything from raw materials to production, purchases, customers and demand. This has helped us improve profit margins by focusing on the items with the highest demand. Plus, it works on all operating systems (Windows and Mac) without any issues.
Cons
The software price is pretty high. The basic version which is the cheapest, can only be shared between two users in one division. But aside from that everything else is great.
