“helpful scheduling and reporting”

Using the accounting tools and production scheduling feels easy and creating reports is also simple.

Cons

The system doesn't offer enough flexibility when it comes to RM management.

“Great fit for us”

Pros

Working across materials, production planning and distribution I get the most value from the ERP's inventory tools, job creation and the upcoming Planet Together application. Those areas make the biggest difference in my daily work. The customized reports and inquiries also help a lot with managing inventory more effectively and staying on top of customer orders.

Cons

Navigation in the system doesn't feel very accessible and it would benefit from more defaulting features for auto population. It would also be much better to have more drill down capability within the same screen instead of jumping between tabs to find information. Footprint data should be filled in automatically too. Also when something is created, changed or moved in the system the user ID really should be stamped directly on the transaction instead of having to check a QBF table to track that down.

“Love it!”

Pros

Its the best software I've come across and the annual SIG conference is incredibly valuable for users, admins and other team members who want to learn just about anything they need. It's also a very stable, dependable system for a growing food and beverage company and it really feels like users have a voice in how the product evolves.

Cons

I can't point to any specific downsides.

Using this ERP tool has been very easy! It's user friendly, flexible enough to customize and fits a growing company really well. The system is also very stable overall and it feels like a solid and dependable option!

Cons

One downside is that the development language isn't very mainstream although they do provide training classes on a regular basis. The EDI functions could also be improved and it would make more sense if the "Extended EDI" features were included in the standard software package instead of being sold as an extra.

The system feels user friendly and dependable and is generally adaptable to match specific user needs.

Cons

Handling EDI isn't one of its stronger points unless you're willing to do quite a bit of customization.

Pros

Running this in a 24/7 manufacturing environment has given us a very dependable and stable foundation. It also does a really good job of adjusting to specific user requirements instead of forcing a one size fits all approach. One of the biggest advantages is how engaged it is with its user community and how seriously they take customer feedback. A lot of the newer functions clearly come from user input. Their annual user conferences are also extremely valuable for collaboration, networking and picking up ideas and best practices from other customers.

Cons

A few of the reports felt somewhat outdated although they have been updating them fairly quickly. The addition of other reporting options also helps cover any critical custom reporting needs.

“Good reporting tools”

Pros

Managing reports with this software has been a strong point. It handles reporting well and makes that part of the work much more effective.

Cons

The interface is hard to figure out and the system crashes fairly often which can be frustrating.
