Pros
The software works really well and easily adjusts to fit all our requirements.
Cons
The layout for making cargo bookings is not the best and it would be nice to have the option to make final corrections without having to undo previous work just to make a change.

Pros
My experience with Awery ERP has been simply the best. From the start, their support team has been super helpful, knowledgeable and always ready to assist. They have been right there with us, training our team until we felt fully comfortable with the system. Now we rely on Awery ERP every day, and it's really made a difference in how we work. Plus, I can access it from anywhere, anytime. It's versatile, and that just makes everything so much simpler. So yes I did definitely recommend Awery ERP to anyone as it's an exclusive system that stands out from the rest.
Cons
No complaints so far. The system runs smoothly and the Awery ERP Support Team is always available to help if needed.

“Great design
Pros
Awery ERP software has the best design I have seen in the TMS market. Also it offers so many different customization options whether it's for GSA, CSA or airlines.
Cons
Nothing really stands out as an issue to me. Any problems we've had are solved quickly. The Awery team is great at making things easier for us.

“A complete ERP solution
Pros
AWERY provides an ERP for aviation that's really easy to install and manage across our GSA offices. The aviation and operations modules cover everything we need and integrate smoothly with our ERP accounting. Plus it also supports external APIs with no issues. Customer support ww received from the team was excellent too.
Cons
There aren't any big cons that impacted our business, but I feel like the ERP could use better training materials for new users and maybe more specific modules for logistics and supply chain management. Their dev team regularly updates the software, so I'm confident that all this will get better over time.

“An excellent choice
Pros
One thing that makes me appreciate this software more and more is it's design. It is built keeping in mind the the user and is very easy to operate. Also the features it has are excellent and surprisingly go beyond what I expected.
Cons
The software is super detailed so it takes some time to get used to. But once you're comfortable with it, I think it is rare that you will see anyone wanting to switch to something else.

“Simply the best for the aviation industry
Pros
Awery stands out because it's so easy to customize to match our requirements. Our team ablt to quickly understand all the features and functions which makes it pretty easy and user-friendly. Remote access is a huge plus, especially in urgent situations like AOG. For our supply chain team, now it's much easier to catch and resolve issues which eventually helps us meets customer expectations. Managing vendors, preparing invoices and handling logistics have all become more organized and time savvy too.
Cons
Since this software is so flexible and can be used across multiple departments, we were a bit concerned about the rollout at first. But now that it's up and running, we haven't had any major issues. As everything is going good!

“Bringing in this software was a great experience for our team
Pros
I love how customizable this software is, letting us shape it exactly to meet our needs. It's easy to navigate and understand, plus being cloud-based means we can access it from anywhere. For our marketing team this remote access is a huge benefit as it allows us to serve customers around the clock.
Cons
This isn't really a con but since we're in completely different time zones, it can sometimes be difficult to connect with the support team or get access to good user manuals.
