“Had a great experience

Pros

What I like the most about Barawave is the level of customization it offers. Our billing structure is quite complex and it needed a lot of adjustments. The good thing is that the team was able to create the necessary scripts allowing us to complete all the billing tasks we needed.

Cons

The main issue I have with it is related to all the customizations. And since we have so many scripts tailored specifically to us it can be a bit challenging to get a quick solution if one of those scripts is not working as expected.
