“Unstable updates”

Pros

It can be tailored to match our specialized requirements which I see as a real advantage.

Cons

A frequent problem is that new enhancements end up breaking other features or previous improvements.

Pros

It works well on portable devices, gives great drill-down visibility and offers convenient reporting features that I personally find useful.

Cons

There still seems to be a lack of control with NAV. Although the program is simple to modify, that same flexibility makes the system feel less powerful than many other systems I've used.
