BizPlanBuilder is a simple , all-in-one system for research, strategic planning, financial modeling, and creating presentations. Overall it saves us valuable time, energy and money while also making sure we never miss out on important opportunities.

Cons

Not a complaint but it is one of those lesser-known business tools that should be considered essential for any company's operations.

It is quite comprehensive while remaining incredibly easy to use. Plus the platform really guides us through each step of the process.

As with any detailed software, it required some time to complete everything but I was really pleased with the business plan I finished using it.

Well I really like the flexible subscription that lets us pay only for the features we actually need. Also it is great that multiple team members can use it without extra costs. The best thing is that the system guides you with helpful prompts but still gives you the freedom to edit everything and export it to Word for final adjustments which works perfectly for our workflow.

Cons

The financial section was excellent for building forecasts and statements because its prompts and pre-filled data made starting incredibly easy. My only issue was the inability to download the file to Excel to add my own custom expense categories or unique revenue streams.

“Frustrating data import, loses formatting

The templates were broad enough that we could easily adapt them to our specific situation.

Cons

I had trouble moving data from my spreadsheet. The import feature did not work properly and transferring information from a spreadsheet to a text based system caused formatting problems. All my formulas were lost when the plain text data transferred over.

Honestly I have no complaints. I did not find any flaws in the plan when I originally purchased it before the subscription model was introduced.

The template pages are perfectly sequenced. As we never have to wonder where we stopped or what the next step should be.

I do not have any negative feedback to share. This platform is incredibly easy to work with.

As an entrepreneur without a formal business education, I have relied on costly consultants in the past. But using BizPlanBuilder feels like having a dedicated team of experts teaching me and guiding me through my business development. So I cannot recommend it enough. Even my Rep is brilliant and pretty much accessible whenever I need a help.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about it. Nothing at all.

The templates and resources are incredibly thorough, covering every part of business planning we could possibly need and then going even further.

It is so incredibly thorough that I think it might initially overwhelm people who do not recognize what a valuable resource they have found.
