“Great tool for collaboration
Pros
I find it super easy to collaborate with multiple colleagues using this tool. Everything works smoothly and we can all get involved without any Issue.
Cons
I have to admit, most of the time, the tool is pretty slow. It can be frustrating when you're trying to get things done quickly.

“All-in-one tool for senior stakeholders
Pros
It's really user-friendly and the integration with Enterprise Studio is fantastic. I can generate models with just one click, which saves so much time.
Cons
There's a limited number of features and I can't really customize access to make edits the way I'd like. It feels a bit restrictive.

“6 years of experience with BiZZdesign
Pros
The desktop software is solid and stable. It keeps getting better with more reporting capabilities. For large organizations like ours, the licensing for HorriZZons is pretty affordable. The scripting language is a nice touch, letting us customize things to fit our needs. plus the data import features are great for enriching the data.
Cons
Importing legacy data is tricky and sometimes it's not as intuitive as I'd hoped. Migrating to an API-based ServiceNow integration also turns out to be pretty costly, which adds to the complexity.

“Has everything you need
Pros
BizzDesign has most of the features you'd need. It covers a lot of the essentials and then some.
Cons
The GUI and user accessibility could definitely use some improvement. It's not the easiest to use and it can make the whole experience feel less smooth.

“From planning to implementation in one approach
Pros
It's been great for meeting the needs of everyone on our team, from executives to designers. It's packed with features and there's detailed guidance for users. There are also lots of integration options and it's easy to get started with modeling.
Cons
The tool can get really unwieldy without strong governance. It also requires complex skills for tasks that seem simple and sometimes the integration part becomes a barrier for adoption.

“Top tool
Pros
It has a really comprehensive set of features for documenting Enterprise Architecture (EA). Whether you're looking at technology, risk, strategy or capabilities, it's got the perspective you need. The browser interface makes it easy to use and contribute and my team really appreciates that. My advice is to take your time and roll it out step-by-step, using customer support for the best results. Because it's so deep, I suggest focusing on one aspect at a time in each cycle. The integration with ServiceNow is simple and I can easily import/export using Excel or databases. Our architecture team uses it daily for reporting, diagrams and impact analysis. The service management team loves how easy it is to use the interface.
Cons
My advice is to take your time and work through one layer at a time. The number of features can be overwhelming at first but as you hit your milestones, you'll appreciate it more. Scripting is really powerful, though the guides could be a bit more helpful.

“Useful solution for boosting growth
Pros
Honestly, the best part of BizzDesign is their customer support. I've had to reach out to them quite a few times and they're always there to help right when I need it. For beginners, the UI for modeling BPMN process maps is fantastic. It's so much easier to create process hierarchies with ArchiMate compared to ARIS, which I used before. The diagrams for showcasing capabilities, applications, data flow and stakeholders are top-notch. They really have everything to represent the entire PPDS. plus installation at the enterprise level is very easy. With everyone hosting on the cloud now, it's super easy to connect directly to your network.
Cons
It's a heavy tool, which makes sense given all the features it offers but I still feel like it's a bit slow. Even the web version doesn't work that great. I use an i7 machine but I'm starting to think I need to upgrade my system if I want a faster experience with BizzDesign.

“Standout tool in architecture & modeling today
Pros
I enjoy modeling processes in BizzDesign. Creating process hierarchies is simple, whether it's from L1 to L7, based on your organization's taxonomy. The different models available in the tool make it so versatile. It's also a great tool for modeling BPMN processes. On top of that, the option to write scripts and automate tasks is probably my favorite feature. It really sets this tool apart from others in the market.
Cons
There are some symbols missing in BPMN modeling. For example, there's no text annotation. They've given another way to handle it but I personally don't like it. Also in boundary events, the set of symbols is quite limited and we can't define our own set of rules to automatically perform semantic checks.

“Simple design with a lackluster UI
Pros
I love the connectivity options It offers. The amount of detail you can include for each layer is impressive. It gives you the flexibility to customize your views and models however you want.
Cons
The UI isn't very simlple. I'd really love for it to be more user-friendly, without having to jump through too many pages. It could definitely be more streamlined.
