Pros
What convinced us to roll this out was the document builder and I've seen it significantly reduce admin work for our team. I find it particularly useful for handling sub-contract orders efficiently.
Cons
The final order formatting still needs a bit of customization, though the IT team has been very proactive and consistently willing to help us get everything where we want it.
