Across our dealership, I've seen this system become an essential part of the day-to-day workflow. It helps us keep accurate records constantly updated for inventory, past customers, upcoming customers, warm leads, service billing, invoices and parts orders. Since every department depends on current information in each of these areas, I find having everything maintained daily allows us to keep operations moving properly and continue delivering the level of service our loyal customer base expects even at a high volume.
Cons
Every now and then, it has trouble staying online. There have been a few occasions when the program went down for a short period, although it usually came back within a reasonable amount of time. Because we rely on it every single day as a critical part of our operations, we really need the software to remain available and performing at its best at all times.

Getting started with this software was very easy for me. I've found the support team knowledgeable and quick to respond whenever customers need clarification, run into bugs, or request enhancements. On top of that, I feel the management team is experienced which adds a lot of confidence. Overall I see it as a very good solution for handling the day-to-day operations of a car rental and leasing business.

This platform does what our business needs it to do and I feel the way it was developed is well planned and carefully thought out.
Cons
One issue is that whenever there's a system update or upgrade, access is blocked until it's completed. That becomes a real problem especially when a customer is standing right in front of you. The system also doesn't feel customized for our company since it includes things like Dubai Police icons even though we're based in Malaysia so some of the fields aren't relevant to us. That was quite surprising and makes it seem like we were given a system originally built for a Middle Eastern organization.
