Comprehensive solution

Pros

It covers a lot of what I need day to day, including commission tracking, inventory management, scheduling, reporting and accounting.

Cons

Getting to some reports can be a bit inconvenient since I have to pull multiple reports to get the exact results I need.

simple for the whole team

Pros

Right away, the best part of this software was how simple it was to use, not only for me but for my entire team as well.

Cons

If there's one thing I really wish CellSell didn't have, it would be the bugs and glitches that seem to slowly show up more and more the longer you use the software.

Smooth transition

Pros

Moving over from our previous POS to Cellsell was completely smooth and the system is very simple to work with. Compensation reconciliation takes almost no effort now. Bell activation is integrated in a simple and efficient way and with the upgraded PO integration, we're saving even more time while eliminating errors entirely. The support team replies quickly and is always helpful whenever something comes up. Our project manager really went the extra mile to make sure everything about our experience with the product has been perfect. 10/10

Cons

The only thing I'd still want is a tablet or mobile app so we can keep track of things when we're away from the office.

outdated interface

Pros

One thing that was useful was the real-time scoreboard stats for tracking sales across multiple locations.

Cons

Pulling sales data for detailed reports or for KPI training with employees is difficult and the interface feels outdated.

All-in-one system that delivers

Pros

Out of all the options we looked at, this was the only system that could handle every part of our business. A lot of companies end up piecing things together with a separate POS, a separate accounting platform and one or two custom tools for the non-retail side of things, like a two-way radio operation. We decided to go with a single vendor and one complete system instead. Software implementation can feel overwhelming and support is always a big concern when making that kind of switch. That's actually where Cellsell has gone beyond what we expected. Their support team has been responsive, knowledgeable and effective whenever issues have come up and their training staff has done a careful job guiding us through the process. They clearly understand both the software itself and the day-to-day realities of running and managing a cellular business.

reliable and modern

Pros

It feels like a modern, dependable platform and that really shows in its stability, reliability, years of industry knowledge and outstanding technical support response. As a CPA, having the accounting built in is a huge plus because everything lives in one system. It has helped us manage and track hundreds of millions of dollars in carrier payments and it handles rep commission calculations very well in a multi-store, multi-rep setup. Inventory tracking is extremely detailed and the handset history is simple to review which makes it much faster to identify and resolve issues.

Solid integration

Pros

Handling our accounting tasks with this has been very simple and our sales agents can check in real time to see exactly how much commission they're earning. The integration with our partner company has also been a big plus.

Cons

Something that would make it even better is the option to move a license over to a tablet or smartphone so it's more convenient to use on the go.

Too many clicks

Pros

At first, it really wasn't a tool I cared for when our company rolled it out. It was something we had to use and honestly, we pushed back pretty hard against adopting it.

Cons

The most frustrating part was how many clicks it took just to get to what I needed. On top of that, if I entered something wrong, the whole process made me start from scratch.
