well informed support but pricey service

Pros

When a company is supporting employees across different laptops, phones and other devices, this platform helps cover a wide range of technology needs with IT staff who know what they're doing! It also keeps up with newer technology trends and innovations which can really help businesses that want to take advantage of the latest tools.

Cons

The service quality feels inconsistent and the pricing is on the expensive side.

good service

Pros

Their mailroom service has been really useful for handling invoice processing. The service has been good overall and the staff is friendly.

Cons

They're quick to step in and help work out a solution when there's a problem so I have no specific complaints.

helpful team

Pros

The software handled our technical support and helped with smaller issues like Outlook connection problems and password resets. They also tuned up a few older computers that had been running slowly.

Cons

Back in 2020 the team we worked with was polite, helpful and clearly knew what they were doing. We worked with the French brothers several times and they were an excellent team.
