Pros
The onboarding was handled really well and the team did a great job with planning from start to finish. Everything went off without any problems and the people involved were clearly very trained.
Cons
There was nothing significant to complain about. If anything the report training could have gone a little deeper.

Whenever an issue, problem or concern comes up the support team stays on top of it and follows up well to make sure everything has actually been resolved.
Cons
Adding or removing a person from the system has to be done in a very specific sequence otherwise it ends up generating a bill.

Using this software for almost two years has given us a lot of confidence in their team! Their technical support has been amazing the entire time. Whenever we've run into an issue they've been available right away to help us sort it out. Calls are answered promptly, concerns are handled quickly and they consistently follow the right procedures to make sure we're fully satisfied. That level of responsiveness has made them a dependable partner we know we can count on whenever assistance is needed.
Cons
Because they roll out many web based solutions there are occasional short periods of downtime during software updates or network maintenance. It hasn't been a major issue for us though since those interruptions are usually brief and only seem to happen once or twice a year. On top of that anytime we've had support questions or needed help resolving something their team has responded quickly so there really haven't been any serious complaints on our side.

Moving our important information and documentation into the cloud with this tool has helped us manage everything in a much more secure and organized way which has also improved our productivity. Their customer service has also been very valuable especially when we needed clarification on certain processes and they were always helpful in resolving them kindly.
Cons
Overall the platform has been very user friendly and has done a good job of meeting the needs we had planned to address. At this point there really is nothing I dislike about it.
