“terrible support”
Pros
Being able to upload my Certified Payroll directly into the DIR website is honestly the biggest advantage of using this program.
Cons
The technical support is absolutely awful. They are not courteous, they do not respond quickly and it feels very ironic that the only phone number available is the support line so there is no way to call anyone else and report the issue. I would not recommend this product for that exact reason-software and the company behind it are only as good as the service they provide.

“Limited windows”
Pros
The payroll module handles multi-state payroll and certified payrolls well.
Cons
A big frustration is that I can't keep more than one window open at the same time. There's also very little drill-down capability and the Excel export options are limited. On top of that, job cost doesn't let me preserve the original project budget. When a change order comes in and I update the budget, it replaces the original instead of keeping it intact.
